I’d like to note the high organizational level of the Forum, as well as the right choice of the format for discussions, where traditional questions to the speakers from the audience were replaced with quite animated and fascinating unofficial discussions on the most topical issues. The panel discussion ["Asia Focus: Investors’ Expectations, Investment Support and Their Protection"] was really interesting, since it provided a whole range of legal perspectives from the key Asian jurisdictions (Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong), as well as from Russia’s and Kazakhstan’s consulting representatives. Moreover, Boris Titov, the Russian Presidential Commissioner for the Entrepreneurs’ Rights, who used to head the Russian of the Russian-Chinese Business Council for about 10 years, shared its most interesting experience, both from the business perspective and from the point of view of human relations.
